La Esperanza Nunca Duerme
They say hope is eternal and in me
it never sleeps
Though weary has become our soul it sees
a new beginning and chapters yet to be
written soon to unfold
The thoughts that drive it have come to
be realized in a new life
A better path where a loving heart awaits
to embrace it
Such things seem to have lost their way
in one who always believed in it but
never savored sincerity
It is here where La Esperanza Nunca Duerme
It is here, in me that she lives
