They call me flying bear: 5/28/03
Why I ask,
elders reply,
it was declared before your flesh
was prepared for your soul;
didn't overstand
so I let it go,
as I grew I swiftly noticed
that my presence was physically felt;
the phrases I'd recite would aviate
and take flight, over the crowd
without the need to scream;
articulation was something that just
came to me like oxygen from trees,
my spoken words flow naturally;
as my years progressed,
my spirit manifested into body and soul;
heavenly blessed to accept other's stress
and release it from their chest;
some say Flying Bear would stroll the
green Mile,
accused of malicious redrum
of women and child not yet born;
a walking, talking, living legend;
born a gifted blessing;
didn't speak until the ripe age of 3,
pictured visions of corruption colliding
with justice;
when he entered adolescence the elders
said here endth the lesson;
out of the womb he immediately ended
his mother's hidden stresses;
as a teen he was the shoulder to lean,
the eye of his forefather's dream;
from B.C to A.D life is not always what it seems;
