Long is the night
When the moon
Outshines daylight clouds
And stars sit in fathomless space
Where life is miniscule
Irrelevant is daybreak
For this is an ongoing breeze
Drifting through emotions
Deep and worldly
This night
Can be like no other
A speck of time
Where imitation

Against falling dust
Settling at our feet
And securing earthly temptation
