Lourdes "Oma" Santos
January 7, 1926 -- May 18, 2010
Don't think of her as gone away
her journey's just begun.

Lourdes Balthazar Santos, 84,
formerly from Hawaii, passed away
on May 18, 2010 in California.

She was born on January 7, 1926
on Maui and was a retired nurse
with UCI in Orange, California.

She was preceded in death by her husband,
Jules Santos
and a son Benedict.

Her undeniable will and generosity of love will be an
inspiration to all who were fortunate to know her.

She will be missed by her extended family
and friends near and far.
She is survived by three sons:
Robert (Josta) of Lahaina,
Jerome (Shelley), James (Janice)
and three daughters:
Danielle Peterson,
Donna (Joseph)Solis,
and
Mary all of California.

She is also survived by two brothers,
Dennis of California, Steven of Virginia
and a sister, Barbara Edwards also of Virginia
and leaves 10 grandchildren
and 16 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held
in Riverside, California.
Hawaii services are pending
and will be announced at a later date.
