~Things Happen For A Reason~
(Charita) (six Charitas)

Things

Happen for a reason
That's all I know

I was not asked
To be born
But here I am on this road too

~0~

She looks again

in the mirror
where that came from?

She notices
the wrinkles
and realizes, she's getting old

~0~

Another 24 hours

another week
another year

Peering through
the mists
of time

~0~

She finds this very unusual

strange
not to say the least

As she lifts the piles
of bills
she forgot to pay for

~0~

He struggles deep

no to have another drink
in his life again

But depression in the end
robbed his soul
willpower and peace of mind

~0~

He said something stupid

he's human too
and made a mistake

He apologized many times
already
will they ever forgive him?
