 Enduring
Brought together by destiny and chemistry;
Our love's castle gleams in the evenings sun.
Years have come and gone, leaving its marks;
Yet the edifice has never been shaken; enduring.
A foundation built in ‘76 with the bricks of love;
Bound together by commitment and respect.
Romance and passion have free run in the halls;
Our friendship is the most precious gift; enduring.
The date of October 16th looms on the horizon;
Our anniversary marks another year united in love.
Life has moved with it's changes, we are effected;
It is no great matter, as we stand together; enduring.
Join with us as we celebrate this love that binds us;
We toast destiny, for we are thankfully her children.
Blessed and kissed by the sun, golden are our days;
This union forged across the seams of time; enduring.
