Retraining
The changing times have made many to admit
That old dogs better get out there and learn new tricks
As always there are still some who will moan and groan
Saying that they are still too old to learn.
Even though they see the rapid changes in the work place
And to remain employed, must get in that race
Of keeping up with the rapid changing technological pace
So as not to have the misfortune and indignity of being displaced.
There are now so many ways of obtaining some form of traning
Such as going on-line, and other forms of networking
Materials and information is dispensed to suit ones understanding
So do not sit around lost and get into some form of lamenting.
One can understand that older people have some reservation
To go sit with the younger ones in a learning institution
So would rather sit at home in some form of privacy
Working and learning to suit the extent of their abilities.
Now the word around is to have some form of accreditation
This now give more power to the qualification
And this add weight and some form of being respectable
Making the person ever more marketable.
Remember these days businesses are face with all forms of competition
So they have to be focus, shape and ready to adapt to any situation
WIth that training, efficiency must be a wothwhile resource
Because they will always that option to outsource.
