Bleeding Eyes...Yeah, another test, another trial, Another mountain and many a stile! Many years ago I lost my sight, Woke up one morning and got a fright! ‘It's bleeding eyes,' they told me true, Oh flipping heck, what could I do?! It seems that diabetes isn't all that! Well don't you say, and knock me flat!! Now 10 years ago, my right eye bled, I was ok with that, as long as I wasn't dead! He told me then, ‘Catherine, it can happen again!!' ‘You'll have to come back if it goes the same!' And now, guess what? Yeah, it's really true! They've come back, but this time its 2! Both eyes are bleeding, oh golly gee! I have to admit, it's really terrifying me! Now I know the score, I really do, I remember all the specialist told me true! If it returns, its laser for my one eye, But he never said 2, so no wonder I cry! Now if they don't stop the bleeding eyes, Then I'll go blind, oh hark my cries! And when they laser, I tell you true! That in itself will cause blindness too! So what do I do if I can't see? What on earth is going to happen to me? You see, I may lose the sight, some, or more, We won't really know; till they know the score! I won't be able to write, or read, oh my! Oh flipping heck, I'm going to cry! Now I could lose the lot, yep, that's true, So they better stop the bleeds coming through! Now last time I lost the sight in my eye, I couldn't see for a year, and oh did I cry! It scared me to death, I jest you not! I think my body should just be shot! Cos everything's as knackered as the other, Oh heck oh golly, where is my mother?
