I remember when we use to play,
wow how time has slipped away.
We haven't seen each other in about 30 years,
those were the days filled with laughter and tears.
Glendridge was such an awesome town,
every where you looked a friend could be found.
You and me and the other kids in town,
seemed all to be at my moms house to gather round.
It was so nice to see you Dana the other day,
and relive our lives and the times we would play.
Talking about our elders that have long been gone,
soon it will be our time to move along.
But just as in the visit between you and me.
When your truly loved your always free.
Free to live and be loved in anothers heart,
and be spoken of long after you depart.
