A Freaky Night

Ominous dark clouds slowly prance across the malevolent sky
and bone chilling winds icily howl across the barren land
as the blood red full moon slowly rises giving birth to this
the ultimate spooky and delightfully fright filled night.

Witches cackle and crow as they happily stir their bubbling
cauldrons of hemlock salamander eyes and toes of frog before
they take flight upon their gnarly magical broom sticks.

Werewolves hauntingly sing their full throated eerie tunes
as corpses rise from ancient tombs to do a bone rattling
frightful little jig upon their gravestones.

Great horned owls hoot from their lofty perches in the brightly
colored trees as freaky little black cats dance around fat grinning
Jack O' Lantern adorned porches while creatures great and small
ring doorbells in search of the ultimate tricks and treats on
this hauntingly spectacular Halloween night.
