Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god
Call Me A Name
Paralyzed,
The words
Run red.
The deepest
Rouge that
Spills from
Cut veins,
Waterfalls its
Way to become
Footprints.
Call me a name,
Put me
In a category.
Slander me
With uselessness,
In case
I never feel.
She sees me,
Another stain
On the carpet;
Gum under
Her shoes.
I stand there,
Tired,
Mouth
Ruminating the
Syllables I hope
To make.
Instead I swallow
Them back and
Beg you to
Give birth to
A name that can
Slaughter the
Unity of our
Clasped hands.
9-16-10
The words
Run red.
The deepest
Rouge that
Spills from
Cut veins,
Waterfalls its
Way to become
Footprints.
Call me a name,
Put me
In a category.
Slander me
With uselessness,
In case
I never feel.
She sees me,
Another stain
On the carpet;
Gum under
Her shoes.
I stand there,
Tired,
Mouth
Ruminating the
Syllables I hope
To make.
Instead I swallow
Them back and
Beg you to
Give birth to
A name that can
Slaughter the
Unity of our
Clasped hands.
