Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god

rushablud

I was okay with the rush,
The downfall you persuaded me to partake in.
Watched the moon cave in;
Watched the crumbling of humanity,
For a little you and me.

Pirates would laugh when I embraced
Your hands on my heart,
Stealing what little degradation
Could be spared and let the
Guns fire off, thinking we were saved.

When it burns, we sit there and giggle
Because we know who started the fire,
And how it burns in our hearts.
Though I hate the monster he's become,
It's nice to roast marshmallows with a friend, not a stranger.
