Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god

Step Lively

He sits in his cage,
A beast untamed,
His emotions run wild and
He flicks out his tongue like snake.
He tours his emotions
And plucks from me my heart,
A diseased organ ready to die.
He gives me the death
I'd been holding my breath for.
He takes me to the gate,
And laughs when access is denied.
I'm thrown back down to earth
And he sits back on his haunches,
A stone cold laugh blistering
My spine.
My spirit crushed,
His heart so microscopic.
Endangered, I walk between worlds
With this satan on my side,
Remembering the dreams
That once made me feel so lively.
