Lord , You have always known
Every tear and every fear
My thoughts and ways
My joyful and sad days
You have always known
When times are tough
When I've had enough
Yet you gave me the
Strength and courage
Needed to press on
For each sacred
Hour and mission
Granting me vision
Holy and True
Guiding me
Moment by moment
Closer to You.
You have kept me
In your love-
You have heard
My every prayer
Thank you Lord
For holding me
Moment by moment
Forever
