 My Nuclear Winter
It started so passionate.
Then it blew up in my face.
Fallout, enough to destroy the human race.
Tragic moments polarized our souls.
Each had the same set of goals.
Tried to hang on but was pushed away.
Lost, there is no reason to stay.
What will it matter, what they say?
Alone and hungry, it leaves me.
No longer, just cast out to sea.
Emotions stirred like brew in a kettle.
Wait for the dust to settle.
Nothing's the same, my world has splintered.
Feel Long nights of longing, my nuclear winter.
