Although done without a thought
Look what a reckless act brought,
It has now ruined everything
Heartache is what it did bring.
Nothing will ever be the same
And this is now a crying shame,
What was sacred is now no more
It can`t be undone that`s for sure.
If only people stopped and thought
`Will I make someone distraught`?
Then maybe they would think twice
Hope in future they heed my advice.
But for me though it is too late
It`s no good now shutting the gate,
The horse has bolted so to speak
Now my little haven is up the creek.
A thoughtless act a mindless deed
Has broken my heart and made it bleed,
They`ll never know just what they`ve done
All I know is that it can`t be undone.
