Be Firm in the Faith
You must serve with humility,
For your spirituality;
God opposes a boastful pride,
That corrupts the body inside.
Be humbled by power from God,
Worship as you honor and laud;
In due time He will honor you,
For serving and remaining true.
Give your anxiety to Him,
That is keeping you feeling grim;
For God loves you and He does care,
Wanting to help if you will share.
Do not be overwhelmed with fear,
Be alert and keep your mind clear;
For Satan is your major foe,
The roaring lion on the go.
For the devil is on the prowl,
Who likes to us a soothing growl;
When he looks for to devour,
One with weak spiritual power.
Be firm in the faith and resist,
All the temptations that exist;
And never shed a bit of doubt,
That God you are never without.
