I'm thankful that
when i wake in the night
i always feel YOU near
that in my sleep YOUR PRESENCE watches over me...
in my dreams YOU visit in the most extraordinary ways
and I'm thankful that when i awaken YOU are my thoughts
and i'm certain that, YOUR the reason i'm smiling...
I'm thankful that i see the day arrive everyday with YOU...
And in the early mornings
i can't wait to sit with YOU in YOUR word
to sing to YOU or be sung to
to share my heart
it amazes me everyday
that YOU want to know
what makes me sad or brings me joy
i love crying to YOU - and i love telling YOU that - i love YOU BEST!
I'm so very thankful that, YOU want me to know YOU
Lord it is a great treasure to be with YOU
and yes, i know i must live with the living
BUT, no one touches my soul or rocks my world as YOU - NO ONE!!!
I'm thankful for pain, and trouble
physical or emotional
for ALL that they've rendered
is worth more then
endless dollars or priceless diamonds.
