That Threat
As a shopper readily scout around to find a bargain
So that a stretching that dollar is to be obtained
Now it seem that corperations and many of those employers
Are using a cheaper labour force as a cost cutting measures.
In those days when labour change from manual to mechanical
That move was considered to be one that was economical
The as the labour force became trained and so specialized
Efficiency improved and so employers began to downsize.
Now with the accessibility of the computer and its new technology
So the programmers and the IT engineers became a necessity
And as their expertise, required being paid a good salary
This caused the profits to show a dip even if slightly.
As this industry multiply in its applications, so was its demand
So institutions provided the skilled workers, so they were always at hand
Like all things growth brings profits, but then it is also competitive
Therefore corporations have to look for some form of alternatives.
Then this action when introduced, got all types of support
When the green light was given, that some work they could export
Because there were people who were well qualified in some distant land
Whose skills and charges would just fit well into their plan.
So with good intent, those work was sent, to the orient
Equally qualified and so despondent, will be glad for the employment
They could perform the work much cheaper, with little misgivings
Because their did not have that problem of a high cost of living.
Yes outsourcing may be cheaper, but this is a word of caution
You may be globalizing sensitive information,about the technology of your nation
Who say they may not be duplicating, to pass on to somebody
That may use it to somehow breach, you nation defence and security.
