the service quick...
clink and clank -
so much to pick...
cooked to order -
cooked to taste...
enjoy each bite -
too good to waste...
sun - through ceiling -
speckles floor...
chairs and tables -
blinds and door...
softened chatter -
dreaming free...
stirring sugar -
coffee - tea...
eggs - some scrambled -
poached or fried...
bacon - beans -
tomatoes - spiced...
toast - spread thickly -
bite and crunch...
better go -
had quite enough...
