The Masterpiece Inside
Dreams become wishes
on bright stars in the sky,
at night in the silence
you can see way up high.
The moon has a glow
that can light up the night,
eyes often discover
a beautiful sight.
The mind paints a scene
with a pretty touch,
the dark of the night
may not show that much.
Look with the heart
and feel what you see,
the masterpiece painted
is inside you and me.
It comes in many colors
when the night becomes day,
the pink and blue hues
of the sky at its play.
Even the white clouds
make shapes just for you,
chasing colorful dreams
that our wishes come true.
