Poetic Verses
That Shift
As those tributaries supple water to tbose bigger rivers
To the bigger countries from the smaller nations are brain drainers.
Having at their disposal many oportunities and some attractive remunerations
Perhaps have depleted those developing, nations of many talented persons.
There are those who have left for that ability to compete
To matched skills and abilities, against those considered more elite
But whom they perceived to be one that will be stiff competition
Were not as challenging as those they left in the former dominion.
Some because they want to keep abreast of the diversity of the technology
That may be more advance than that available in their native country
This is then use as a chance for growth, and knowledge base expand
So that when they return home, their services will be in a great demand.
That experience in a native land, is another institution for education
Because this now presents in essence a sort of challenging situation
Now not being surrounded with friends and family, whom you know
You must now bring some of you inner strength to the fore.
I will always cherish my experience away from my native land
It presented me with opportunities, to amend,append and my expertise to expand
This have also brought to the realisation the in any profession
That there are may subject matters, a well organized corporation.
In the interim my visits home were very often
Just to keep abreast of the changes infrastructually and the many professions
In some cases they are on par, covering and converging on many ground
And are now privy, to all and the many and diverse and technologies around.
In those prior year there was this massive brain drain
But the remittances contributed to the economy, so there was no complain
Now those bigger countries now their labour willing to outsource
So their are faced with rising unemployment, this is quite gross.
Well to all intent and purpose nothing is in that state of flux
And as alway life and living can present many an interesting paradox
At one point people left developing contries for work in the developed lands
Now the work is leaving the developed to be placed in the developing ones hands.
