That's what Halloween is

One day out of the year, on this one particular dark and scary frightening time.
All the ghosts, ghouls and goblins are running around and spooking you out of your mind. That's what Halloween is, it's a frightening time.
Bats will fly out of their caves and into the dark howling night. The skeletons likes to dance about all through the grave yard. While the witch loves to cook her bubbling "Witches Brew" in her caldron.
Then they fly on their broom sticks off through the dark sky with the full moon a shining all around on them on Halloween Night.
Cause that's what Halloween is after all, it's a frightening time.
