Poetic Verses
Interdependence
Lots of people prided themselves saying they have their independence
But failed to see, that this is all enshrined in a state of interdependence
Because no matter how far you reach, or the heights you may attain
Others played some intergral part, and that is quite plain.
Those sitting in plush offices, selling their profession
Persons entering those doors, dictated that successful position
Because if that service or consultation, they did not employ
There would have been no way, you could sit there in such joy.
Then as you take time out to have some form of recreation
Or to enjoy any form of trivial or stimulation conversation
Even though you opinions are independent, but you were dependent
On someone for that verbal exchange in that very instant.
Nations may boast about their successes and sovereignty
And how much they accomplished, while charting a part independently
But other countries had to support them in a form of trade
Therefore they at the other end, played a part for them to make the grade.
Many conntries as blessed with all froms of mineral deposits
But to extract would be considered to be a process that is subeconomic
Therefore it would be better, to obtain it from a source, who has it available readily.
Establishing that trading connection, is interdependence so obviously.
In all occasion independence is used proudly and most emphatically
But interdependence is subtle, or taken for granted quite easily
On thinking it can be seen that both go hand in hand
So therefore remember that you need and depend on your brotherman.
So as you drive around in you car, in such airconditioned comfort
Polluting the air around, as the fumes cause someone some discomfort
In you comfortable seat, feeling on top of the world, so lofty
All it takes is one flat tyre, or a breakdown to depend on somebody.
