Sometimes my messages are unclear or cryptic
of times lost and words unspoken
In times of need
or are they times of deeds
Creating blank spaces
where shadows heed
Seeking what and when
before the day ends
Calling me back to the thought that is lost
drawing the picture upon my soul
Creating a memory that never was
becoming the reality no one remembers
Yet! I remember and that is reality
the presence of self not others
For the I is paramount to survival
without I they cease to exist.
