In The Windmills of Your Mind
Where do I begin
Where do I belong
As I aimlessly drift among each note
within the melody of this song
Your absence so hard to bare
as the loneliness will heavily fall
It is but a short time now
our only contact will be a call
How do I make you understand
your voice will be my treasure
It will be all I have
it will be my only anchor
The love we share
is all the joy I now feel
My heart you send spinning
Oh how it does reel
The needs are so different
of you and I
The seperation you easily manage
while it leaves me to cry
I ask no change in the you
I love in the present
Only to realize
that my needs are different
I know our love is pure
which me to you does bind
but why is it alone I'm lost
wandering the Windmills of your mind
