As the years go by
things seem to change
One thing always remains
not the memories or the past
For they change because of who remembers
in which light they choose to see
The world changes as does the ocean
so do the stars in the sky
Even the warmth of the sun
everything changes except one thing
The thing that doesn't change is blood
relationships between siblings
For even if they love or hate one another
they are still blood till claimed by the grave.
