In what should be his golden years
it's the 1 little tear in his eyes,
that never dries
from so much pain he fears.
The autumn of his life has lost it's gold
the 1 little piece of his soul,
that sickness hasn't taken a toll
hanging on for dear life to take hold.
Come take his pain away
dry his eyes and cure his suffering,
let the angels bring
heavenly peace to him today.
He could be himself once again
a happy Milt is what we'd find....
one we've pictured in our mind
anything else is such a sin.
If only he had wings to fly
out of this hell to heaven above,
he would deservedly be rewarded for love
that he's given to all he's passed by!
