 Our New Music Group

effect="relief">~ms~

     We're just a group of people
     Who want to sing and play.
     The instruments available
     Are not a vast array

     We have a saxophone,
     Flute and guitar:
     There's a cello and some drums,
     We don't have a sitar!

     The accordion and piano
     Strike a couple of chords;
     The music has begun
     There are singers with the words.

     I wouldn't call it magic
     As the notes split the air;
     We have a lot of fun,
     There's no need for despair.

     Communication's needed
     And guidance is required:
     It only takes a spark
     To get us all inspired.

     What gives us inspiration?
     Why each and every one;
     Led by our Conductor
     Jesus, God's own Son!
