Song of Songs 1:4
Draw me, we will run after thee:
the king has brought me into his chambers:
we will be glad and rejoice in thee,
we will remember thy love more than wine:
the upright love thee.

You see past and through all that is me
You call me out of my slumber and into the chambers with thee
Into the inner sanctuary of Your heart
Where You long to reveal mysteries

You open the door and welcome me in
You brush my face with unending grace
The way Your eyes look into me
Melt every facet of my core
Leaving me crying for mercy and yet longing for more

Your holy fire purges me and draws me irresistibly
Convicting areas and comforting others
Your hand precise and yet gentle like a mother

My heart yearns for these times
Cries in the times of silence
For You to beckon me again
To hear a word that is quickened
To enter into prayer's intimacy
Where it is only You and me
in the secret closet of destiny

When I walk among others in this world
It is Your voice my ears are attuned to hear
Anything short of that is not worth hearing
It is Your eyes I search to see
If I don't see Your flame there
My heart prays for what is left in cold stares

It is Your image that You chose to reveal Yourself in
That I am in love with
They said you would be of no comely form
That any should desire You

Yet You have the keys to all that is me

Every time I see a glimpse of You
I run hard in that direction
and yet unsatisfied
For You remain the standard of perfection
and always will be

You have the locks of burnt coal brown
You have the eyes of the earth's depths
Now hair white as snow
And eyes of fire aglow
You are the one who knows
my every heart beat step
You caress
and sing our song
Tenderly dancing me along

When I run and feel like I can't go anymore
It is Your voice that says,
"I am so proud of you and I love you so much more"
It is Your voice that says,
"No matter how they break you down,
I will be here inside to comfort you with My sounds"

You are my twin flame
That ignites my frame
With passion's love rage
Enthusiasm for only Your ways

You are the fire they see inside
Your name I cannot deny

My friend, my lover, my champion
I am Yours and You are mine

Beloved our heart's entwined

Isaiah 33:17
Thine eyes shall see the King in His beauty:
they shall behold the land that is very far off.
