XC
Where's the worth for those who died
While I endear with fey of breath ,
Wherein those who lived as such -
When I was prior's birth of Death .
Why did morrow bid me sane
A cruel and unkind wae of thought ,
To linger thus in sorrow's arms -
And fade to nought !
XCI
Of those who lie within inearth
I stroll above their ground below ,
They know not but of nothingness -
As I in turn shall Death bestow .
Low within the depths of nane
Unconsciousness - Forevermore !
Wherein thus shall life succumb
O Lucidness ! And then go o'er !
Where's the worth for those who died
While I endear with fey of breath ,
Wherein those who lived as such -
When I was prior's birth of Death .
Why did morrow bid me sane
A cruel and unkind wae of thought ,
To linger thus in sorrow's arms -
And fade to nought !
XCI
Of those who lie within inearth
I stroll above their ground below ,
They know not but of nothingness -
As I in turn shall Death bestow .
Low within the depths of nane
Unconsciousness - Forevermore !
Wherein thus shall life succumb
O Lucidness ! And then go o'er !
