Wanting More
Hunger pounds a heart denied
Food for thought, sustenance dissipates
Savored is the moment, starved has been the case
Tidbits taunting keep now
For meager are servings on an emotional plate
Crying out yields nothing
Its company echoes alone
and ss wanting, becomes no less
Missing her became much more
Biting this bullet, bittersweet
