Always Hope
There is something so powerful, that in us will awoke
All sort of activity in us, and that is a spirit of hope
But we always seem to tune into that station, in desperation
Only when we are backed into a very hopeless situation.
In all our planning an convincing what do you promote
To those who are in earshot, only a thing call hope
And in cases where we know things may not work out right
Deeply embedded in us, we still keep it in our mind's sight.
Even as we buckle under the oppression, of the recession
All of us still use hope, for any sign for a positive indication
Though there are many things that may signal situations to the converse
Everyone is still holding on to that hope for it to reverse.
Hope on many occasion can be see to us a light
One can see that expectancy which makes faces beam so bright
Then it can also be viewed in a different compartment
As it may be said all that is needed is a just a fragment.
As time and the years change from one to the other
We always have that hope, for things to get better
Sometimes there is that apprehension and trepidation about change
Especially if it not the way, in which our hope would have envisage.
