I Felt A Whisper…I felt a whisper in my ear today, A calming one so sweet, I felt an angel on my shoulder, Adding wings to my feet! Helping me and guiding me, Protecting me from harm! With wings all wrapped around me, Keeping me nice and warm! I felt an angel near me today, Comforting me in my plight! Ever at my side…! From morning until night! I sometimes forget my angel's near, And then I tend to lose my way, But ever so gentle, like a whisper…! My angel…makes me feel ok! I don't know if my angel's female or male, But that doesn't really matter at all, All I know is I'm being looked after… And they catch me when I fall! And now when I'm feeling a little lost, Lonely, sad, blue or down, All I do is look to my shoulder, And I know my angel's there easing my frown. Like a whisper on the wind, And on the sands of time, May the angel's of God… Forever be yours and mine! …There's an angel on ‘your' shoulder today… Trust in God, believe in Him!
