Passion ( Tanka Chain )
Passion like a beast
Rampages from within me
Spewing love like fire
Molten hot and dangerous
Consumes what cannot endure
Love a caged lion
Pretending obedience
Fury deep within
Voracious inclinations
Concealed false indifference
Overabundance
Creates a grave imbalance
Distorted dark love
Replaces lost happiness
With painful empty longing
Ambiguity
Unappealing choices
Sad scenes of pleasure
Whispers in an attic room
Hesitation at the door
Cold bleak white blanket
Lying limp upon my heart
Offers no comfort
Hides my treacherous hunger
Quenches my raging passion
