Reminiscing about yester-love,
The velvet touch and
Long anticipated kiss,
And just how much I miss,
The late night calls,
Was it reality... or a dream?
Did I imagine you?
In rapture's embrace did
I hear you ever so gently scream,
Reminiscing about yester-love,
Lost in its’ mist…
Like smoke it dissipated
Into nothingness,

By,

Abu Lateef
