The fitness pioneer
was called to heaven above,
and tho he's no longer here
he sends healthy greetings with love.
He practiced his routine
till his dying day,
and it could be seen
on the smiling faces along the way.
And now it's only fit
to give Jack LaLanne his due,
for i must admit
he was at 96 a testimony to me&you.
Take care of yourself
and reach for the stars,
don't keep feeling good on the shelf
for his sake and ours.
So do your body good
treat it like a temple,
make him proud as we should
cause he deserves it-God Rest His Soul!
