Anxiously Waiting
Nervous as a cat;
Where is my future at?
I stand anticipating;
Anxiously waiting.
I have done my best;
But I have no rest.
Possibilities translating;
Anxiously waiting.
Stressed, I'm maxed;
My nerves are taxed.
I know I'm grating;
Anxiously waiting.
Looking every half hour;
Grant me the power.
What is my rating?
Anxiously waiting.
Did I pass, did I fail?
Waiting to exhale.
This moment I am hating;
Anxiously waiting.
Relax, breathe deep;
Counting of sheep.
Are they updating?
Anxiously waiting.
