Fw:Fwd:No More Pain©
When a friend dies your age
it makes you think for sure,
that when you turn the page
they won't be there anymore.
We can all be taken away
in the blink of an eye,
so stay close every single day
no need to ask why.
I had this just happen
to a friend of mine,
i'll never get messages from him again
no more of his cheery wit to chime.
He loved to send that email
that was just his thing,
it always came without fail
he was the forward king.
He had a bad heart
but he still sent messages with love,
and so he did his part
before he was taken above.
His suffering is over now
he has no more pain or worry,
so to him take a bow
for not wallowing in self pity.
And he loved his pepsi drink
i tell you this is no joke,
i still liked him even tho i think
his pepsi paled to(my)drink of coke.
Rick Phillips was his name
and there was only one,
it's truly quite a shame
that his life so young is done.
Rick you will be missed 4ever
by those you left behind,
and forgotten never
keep sending your smiles via heaven:
if you don't mind.

who do we appreciate,
rick+others who send email by the score
let's take time to celebrate.
Let us not forget
he supported operationquietcomfort,
and he too was a vet
so thank a soldier it can't hurt.
He also used to love to fast dance:
i'm glad i got with him-
the chance........................................
