Whistle Blower
Some people will give that title of being a hero
To that person, around who withstand all the pressure
Being bold enough to alert and draw that attention
To what anything suspicious occurring in an organization.
Many people in similar circumstances, just sit and grumble
Just internalize it and say nothing, not even a mumble
Only sitting on the fence, not wanting to ruffle any feathers
And this silence is more or less tearing them into tatters.
Some will use this silence as a form of job protection
Therefore would not in any way try to jeopardize this position
So will just hold fast, and depict a charade of such deference
Even though they are reaching the end of the tether in tolerance.
For the continued existence of any business, there is the employee
Any form of disunity, will make it a page in history
Then all should readily buy into its mission statement
So that there can be blessed with continual advancement.
As always, there are those who abuse that position
To take some turn, to take thing in their direction
Doing those things, that someday which may sadly
Make life for those in the company, somewhat uneasy.
And no matter how much some may see on that trail
This information will come to no avail
Not wanting to expose it or let it go any further
Because of that perceived stigma of being called a trouble maker.
But at last there is someone who is stronger
Standing up for principles, and has high standard in all quarters
Will take a stand,despite what may be the consequence
That person is the whistle-blower, who will make that difference.
