Far beyond the hills, laden in a valley of emerald green
Stood the mighty, "Castle In The Mist" of sparkling dreams
In the early morn you would see rolling waves of sparkling mist
The valleys and fields, seemed as if the dew were diamond kissed
A summer breeze with the fragrance of Lavender graced this land
Brilliant colored birds sing songs so sweetly and so very grand
The fawn and rabbit were seen playing by the castle from morn till night
Butterflies frolic through fields of colored flowers and royal daises white
This castle in the mist was sheltered from all that was bad
There was dancing and singing and no one was ever sad
Long since claims were made by a maidens wish
She had hair of sand, eyes like sapphires and ruby lips
There was food, music, singing and dancing through out the night
Long flowing dresses swirled about the grand hall of amazing lights
All made merry for this land was fruitful and with joy
Everyday was like Christmas for every girl and boy
To the south of the castle was the huge "Forest DE Holtzanmore"
Once beautiful, Forget-me-knot's" and the largest Ferns did adore
It is said to steer clear, that unusual things happen in this forest tall and green
Lives strange creatures large and small and ruled by the wickedest of Queens
Many have traveled into the forest and never were heard of again
Questions of where, when and what has happen to them?
Warriors, Huntsman and Princes, disappeared in a flash of light
With a Siren's call, enchanting and sweet, trickery was their blight
Queen Cassandra, a black haired beauty made of fire and ice
She was betrayed and left alone, not once; but twice
Once the beauty, her name was spoken in halls supreme
Her world was golden and her life was filled with dreams
It is said her cries are heard throughout the kingdom morn till night
For the "Forest DE Holtzanmore", no longer contains any type of life
Long since the stories speak of one so beautiful and fare
Queen Cassandra, the beauty with long black hair
The "Castle In The Mist", still boarders the tall and green
No cries are heard, no flashes of light are ever seen
All is grand in the land of sparkling dreams
Handed down stories of Cassandra, the Queen!
