Valentine's Season
What can bring out that feeling so cavalier
Is the one which happens when Valentine is near
Give that feeling of being so light on the feet
As though in the head there is a sweet musical beat.
Shoppers crowd the streets in throngs, shopping for the occasion
And the traders have those bargains, in the spirit of the season
Everywhere there is music playing, creating that atmosphere
Songs of love, telling all that valentine is in the air
As the times nears, and the level of intensity grows
Its presence is always represented, by that of a rose
Through many a century, loving words written on a parchment
On valentine's day it has left an indelible print.
In those wineries grapes so perfect and fine
Are harvested and pressed at the right time
So that they can mature into the the ideal wine
All ready to be served, when it is the season of Valentine.
It is no secret that on that day there is chocolate
In all shapes and sizes, heart shapes to suit the moment
Combined with the wine and roses, a loving gift to you
Which will on that day, depicts a love so true.
But others will most certainly go to any other extreme

Putting themselves out on a very serious financial limb.
