'' In My Hells Eternal Fire ''
I've lived a life of luxury,
paid for mainly by crime,
now I've been told I'm dying,
it's finally my time.
I thought I'd con my way into heaven,
then came the day I died,
this is it I'm on my way,
I will not be denied.
When I reach those pearly gates,
I'll walk in at my leisure,
though I've lived a dishonest life,
I've found it to be a pleasure.
The first thing I remember,
was seeing a bright red glow,
I really thought I've made it now,
my confidence started to grow.
That light I seen that was burning red,
it no longer looked the same,
it wasn't a thing of beauty,
it was a ferocious burning flame.
What was going on I asked,
I began to feel quite scared,
a voice then said don't worry,
I just hope you are prepared.
Prepared for what I asked him,
he said not once did you repent,
God dictates who comes in here,
it's to me you've now been sent.
You mean this isn't Paradise,
I said I've always been true and strong,
I've led a life of Godliness,
you must know I've never done wrong.
God has judged you on that he said,
so kindly don't talk back,
I felt an air of arrogance,
of understanding there was a lack.
He took me through a questionnaire,
I just couldn't understand,
all these pointless questions,
things were getting out of hand.
When I reminded him of who I was,
his reply was less than kind,
was is right you're mine now,
to my Kingdom you've been confined.
Kingdom I said you must be wrong,
it's Heaven for me or bust,
Heaven was never an option for you,
but kid yourself if you must.
I asked him for identification,
he said don't be so bloody daft,
I have total autonomy here,
he then stood back and laughed.
All those sins you've committed,
though you say you can't remember,
for being such an evil bastard,
of my kingdom you're now a member.
Be sure your sins will find you out,
that is why you're here,
it's too late to make excuses now,
so let me make it clear.
This is home for people like you,
I know it's not what you thought,
but you can't lie your way out of this,
you have finally been caught.
I said this can't be heaven,
You must be totally mad,
who the Hell do you think you are,
making out that I've been bad.
He said my name is Lucifer,
in my home you will remain,
I stood there frozen with fear,
this guy was bloody insane.
I always thought that when I died,
that's when I could rejoice,
but this guy here was telling me,
I no longer had that choice.
You had the chance throughout your life,
But evil you would not dispel,
the way you've lived confirms to us,
your place is here in Hell.
God cannot be fooled you see,
he's really far too clever,
that is why you're here with me,
to burn in Hell forever.
You knew by being evil,
your soul I would acquire,
so be prepared to suffer now,
