Anything right.
No one needs
To be the
External bad guy,
You've internalized
Them all.
Always doesn't
Have to
Be bad…
Doesn't have
To be the
Lies we and other
Have told us…
We could choose
To pay attention.
Small victories
At first
Can be huge.
You did do
One thing right,
You got tired
Of it always feeling
Like it's your fault.
Because it's not.

Do get it right.

Get angry enough
To take action,
Even when
You are
Afraid.
You are always
Worthy,
Beautifully Human,
Adored by someone
Even if its
Just me,
Always loveable,
Even if you
Don't feel
That way
About yourself,
Constantly,
Doesn't mean,
It isn't true.
Small victories,
Start with the next
Thought,
Pay attention to it,
And if it isn't
A loving thought,
Question where
It comes from.
You don't HAVE
To believe
Every thought
You think,
Unless you want to.
Unless you choose to.
Not to mention
There are those
Of us
Out here
Who love you
There in your head
Who love
And accept you.
Seek those
Who love
Without judgement
To shine light
To help
Guide you
Out of that
Dark place you
Are in…
Because we were
Once there too…
And know
That Always really
Isn't forever,

Are talking about
The love
Of friends
And family
Who accept
