"breath's air"
no churches, no vows,
no rings, no bells,
no bridesmaids, no dresses.
such traditions stifle
the wolf in the soul.
dungeons and chains,
whips and carts,
knives and straight jackets.
therein is life,
a glistening lotus
floating on a moistened pond,
breath's air.
