One Night Out of Jail

Begging like a puppy
Still begging, as you can see
Please warden, could you set me free
A buzzard shot down, is sure bad enough
Don't put me back in that cell, I'll give you no guff
No gold pen for me, just these golden cuffs
Yes and a cold damp cell, where I'm now stuck
The Mouth as the warden, of this whole damn place
The Buzzard is in jail, oh my what a disgrace
I should be thankful, for this day out
Yet shouldn't buzzards be free, to fly about
The warden, she refuses to cut me loose
Is it just me, or can I call this buzzard abuse
