Nightmare Or Reality?
I had an awful nightmare this morning,
That's the reason I'm online,
Never been on so early...
But I suppose I've got the time...
I woke up in an awful sweat,
And sobbing like a child,
Shaking like a leaf in a storm,
And thrashing around so wild...
Why did I even dream of it?
I haven't got a clue...?
I thought it didn't bother me,
Tis an easy mistake to do.
I don't let things get to me,
I try to laugh them off,
But today I just can't do it,
I think it's called, 'had enough!'
I'm an awful lucky person,
I honestly am you know,
Coz I always live to tell the tale,
And my problems sorta go.
My poetry is my therapy...
When its solace that I seek,
I write it out, and sort my head,
Coz I'm a strong cat, I'm not weak!
But worry, it gets to us all,
And at the end of the day...
What can we do to change it...?
Be strong...coz it's the only way!
It's the only way for me,
To deal with stresses of life,
I refuse to be beaten and weak,
I work through all my strife...
Reality, not a nightmare,
And that's the hardest part,
They say it's three times lucky...
But it's breaking my flippin' heart!
Can I work through this one?
Well, this truly is a first,
Coz I don't know if I can...?
And me heads about to burst...
Wow, and look at the next poem,
Now that should kick me into touch,
Proves to me no matter what,
Nothing's much too much!
