Oh No, It's That Dog Again.
Oh no, not again,
There's that silly dog,
I wonder if I could hide,
Amongst this thickening fog?
Oh no, tinkle tinkle,
There's my stupid bell,
I see his ears pick right up,
Now I'll have to run like hell!
I spy a tree over there,
In the corner of the park,
I wonder if I can make it,
I'll have to be quite sharp?
Phew, at last, I made it,
The fog's now lifting fast,
I'm completely done in now,
After that short blast!
You'eeee, over here, dog,
You cant catch me, you're slow,
Wait till your master see's you,
To the dog pound you will go!
Ooop's, it's started raining,
I'm slipping down the tree!
That blasted dog's now hovering,
Waiting to catch me!
Yikes, I'll have to leg it,
Oh dear, what do I do?
I've nowhere to go now,
Go away, stupid dog, shoo!
Yippeeee, there's my owner,
Tinkle, tinkle goes my bell,
Miaow, miaow, my cries go out,
She's seen me, I can tell!
Shoo, get lost you stupid dog,
My master says quiet mad,
Oh come on down, oh puss cat, my love,
That sure makes me glad!
As I'm carried to my home,
That dog is standing by,
So I spit at him with all my might,
Miaow, I say, goodbye!
My owner gives me milk,
And I lap it up with glee,
She really spoils me rotten,
She's a cat lover you see!
To be home again, what relief,
I'm curled up on the mat,
But the door is open, there's that dog,
And that's the end of this cat!
