Forget me not
When time stood still for you
It meant nothing
Over and over i had the broken heart
Never letting my strength show
Warning shots were fired and ignored
Now the day has come for me to hurt no more
forget your lies they wont work this time
You acted as if i didn't exist
Now for you i will not be that shoulder to lean
My love for you wont hold me back
You hurt me and i begged you
Try as i might you never could see
I'm the one that you will never forget
Love and fear no longer a good reason to stay
Tried to change me hide my light from the world
Too bright i shine to strong i stand
You ask for sympathy now from me you will not get
Ill stay Strong I will make it and be stronger
Without me just how far will you go
Figure out for yourself dear
Never listen this is what you get
I'm already smiling again and that's what eats you so
forget me not but now its time for me to move on
