Pain Threshold.
No-one is the same...
Our pain thresholds unique to us,
Some are stronger than others,
And others make no fuss.
Now the longer and stronger the pain,
The more we seem to cope,
A little bit more...a little more pain,
A little bit more scope.
Pain and trouble and strife,
Is a test of fortitude and strength,
To see how broad our shoulders are,
And to test our faith at length.
If we give it all up...
Because we feel that we cant cope,
Then life just isn't worth much at all,
For we wouldn't have any hope.
Hope is a positive thing in us,
Without which we wouldnt survive,
Hope keeps pushing us forward,
And keeps our stamina alive.
Pushing us onward and forward,
It helps give us a goal in life,
We have to accept, once and for all,
Life comes parceled with struggle and strife!
The pain threshold's what keeps us going,
It helps us embrace our pain,
By keeping us from giving in,
And keeping our mind's sane!
